| SHIPPING |
All orders are shipped U.P.S. ground service.
Any product damaged in shipping, must be reported to U.P.S. Contact Romanco after reporting the claim to
the carrier. |

| RETURNS |
| No returns will be accepted without pre-autorization from Romanco. Upon receipt of the album, check your order immediately. All returns or claims must be made in 2 days. No returns will allowed after 2 days. Only returns with manufacturing defects will be reviewed. Return transportation will be paid by customer. |

| PLACING AN ORDER |

| Romanco is not liable for errors on phone orders. |

| Allow approximately 2 weeks in house for average production time from FTP transfer files or your prints (longer if you are sending files on CD or DVD). |
| In case of damage to prints during manufacturing you are responsible for sending replacements. We will refund the costs. |
